How onboarding works
We keep the process simple. Most owners are fully onboarded and ready to accept bookings within two weeks of signing with us.
Initial Consultation
We start with a conversation — about your property, your goals, and your expectations. No pressure, no sales pitch. We want to make sure we're the right fit for each other.
Property Assessment
We visit your property (or review photos and details remotely) to assess its current condition, identify any improvements that would increase bookings, and set realistic revenue expectations.
Management Agreement
We send you a straightforward management agreement outlining our fees, responsibilities, and terms. We're happy to walk through it with you line by line.
Listing Setup
We create or optimize your listing on Airbnb, VRBO, and our direct booking channel — professional photography, compelling copy, and dynamic pricing from day one.
First Booking
Once your listing is live, we handle everything. You'll receive your first owner statement at the end of the month, with a full breakdown of revenue, expenses, and our management fee.
